Solutions Community members are Industry’s thought leaders on automation, software, hardware, equipment and services that support a fully integrated supply chain. This includes suppliers, integrators, consultants, media, academia and users. They collaborate on solutions worldwide and in virtually every major manufacturing and distribution sector.
The philosophy of the Solutions Community is to support MHI’s mission of providing a unique venue where suppliers of material handling equipment and technology can collaboratively work with the user community to improve the marketplace for all. All participants adhere to a safe harbor no-buy, no-sell environment to openly discuss topics of mutual interest, including best practices, lessons learned and other information.

Brandon Staple, University of Colorado Denver
The $5,000 Solutions Community Honor Scholarship for the 2020/2021 academic term has been awarded to Brandon Staple, a rising junior at the University of Colorado Denver. He is pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. Brandon is President of the APICS chapter at his school and he is active in the Association for Supply Chain Management and the National Society of Black Engineers. He has had internships at Amazon where he developed robotics fulfillment networks, Apple where he performed iPhone 11 supply chain analytics and Tesla where he performed Model 3 vertical supply chain risk analytics. Brandon plans to enter the material handling workforce after graduation.
