MHI created a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Committee. The goal of the Committee is to identify opportunities and recommend strategies to actively involve, include, and invest in our communities - curating diverse, equitable, and inclusive opportunities for all.

MHI’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee recently launched a new initiation aimed at recruiting students into our industry. The College to Career Conversation Series is an opportunity for MHI member companies to educate students on our industry and advertise any open intern or job opportunities.
