Plastic Injection Molder Utilizes Automatic Guided Vehicle System

An automatic guided vehicle system (AGVS) helped solve a plastic injection molder’s manufacturing challenges. The vehicles use a side-fork transfer mechanism. All transfers are handled to the side of the AGV to facility increased material movement. The system reduced labor costs, increased production and efficiency.
