Each year, MHI’s Young Professionals Network (YPN) recognizes one outstanding young professional and one outstanding mentor with the YPN Awards a the MHI Annual Conference.

Outstanding Young Professional Award
To be presented...
This award is open to any MHI member company employee under the age of 40 who has displayed the criteria below:
- Professional accomplishments and affiliations
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills and specific abilities
- Actively engaged with MHI
Nominations will open in May 2024
Outstanding Mentor Award
To be presented...
This award is open to any MHI member company employee who has displayed the criteria below:
- Offers professional guidance, is a positive and inspiring role model and nurtures talent
- Advocates for employees and supports his/her professional development
- Actively engaged with MHI
Nominations will open in May 2024
Overall Criteria
- Only MHI member company employees are eligible to be nominated. Membership will be verified and nominations for non-MHI member company employees will be disqualified.
- No fee for entry.
- Winners will be selected by a selection committee comprised of YPN Advisory Board members and MHI leadership team members.
