Star Hydraulic manufactures hydraulic pumps, jacks and cylinders at our facility in River Grove, Illinois. Pump styles include manually activated single and dual piston, manifold, 4 way valve, hand and foot operated designs.

Our standard Lift Jacks are 1 and 2 ton, but we make lift jacks for lighter loads and have produced 3 stage lift jacks for heavy loads.

In addition to hydraulic cylinders, we also supply pneumatic cylinders for mobile applications (high-lift, tail-gate locks). Our parent company supplies the Allenair cylinder brand and Star manufacturers the larger cylinders for them.
