The Performance & Metrics course is designed for logistics professionals responsible for performance management and strategic decision making within a distribution facility.

The Performance & Metrics course is available online, enabling learners to complete the course at their own pace. Highlights of the course include:

Metric-Driven Performance Management: Learners will gain a deep understanding of metric-driven performance management programs, including the creation of a metrics scorecard.
Financial Analysis: The course teaches essential skills for analyzing financial data and applying it to assess the impact of logistics decisions.
Benchmarking and Continuous Improvement: Participants will learn benchmarking techniques and continuous improvement methodologies, utilizing KPI dashboards to drive improved facility performance.

Upon completing the Performance & Metrics course, participants earn a digital badge to display on their LinkedIn profiles and email signatures.
