Medline Industries, USA: Healthcare Distribution Center Automates with AutoStore

Medline Industries Inc. is the largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of healthcare supplies in the United States, with more than $7 billion in annual sales. It chose the Swisslog robot-based AutoStore system to automate its Libertyville, Illinois distribution center. The 600,000-square-foot distribution center in Libertyville utilizes 47 AutoStore mobile robots moving 27,570 storage totes in and out of 37,750 storage locations.
