Extreme Performance and Off-Road is an automotive garage in Morgantown, Pennsylvania, where mechanics modify and repair cars and trucks. For removing and installing engines, they used a typical cherry-picker style engine hoist. The engine hoist was limited in usefulness, especially since it was difficult to use for larger vehicles.
