POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Representative role is a key member of our sales team and is vital for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base of our organization. The Sales Representative will actively prospect, qualify, and close leads generated from various sources to achieve sales targets. This role is also responsible for engaging with potential customers primarily through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and online communications to promote and sell the organization’s service offering. This position requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with strong sales and communication skills while exercising discretion and independent judgment within the duties and responsibilities outlined below.

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. A mechanical or Electrical engineering background is a plus. A minimum of 3 years of technical experience in a manufacturing environment, with some experience working in the material handling or electronics industry, is preferred. Prior sales experience, including managing customer relationships, quoting and negotiations, and delivery and quality performance, is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
The Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents; to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community; to effectively present information to top management and customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference; to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Basic understanding of & ability to read performance graphs and mechanical and electrical drawing interpretation ability is a plus.
