With a local engineering center, we provide real-time support, development, and assistance throughout the entire system life cycle. We are currently looking for an exceptional Service Technician capable of working with an international team of engineers.

What your responsibilities will be:

·        With guidance maintain all documentation and complete all checklists, tallies, and other job-related audits and system checks.

·        With guidance read and follow standardized work and job instructions to assemble, inspect, and prepare for shipping of product in a safe and efficient manner.

·        Communicate effectively with other team members in the cell as well as attend all team meetings, problem solving sessions, training, etc. as necessary.

·        Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment

·        Perform maintenance and provide customer support.

·        Diagnose issues and effectively prepare plan of action.

·        Handling product ordering

·        Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.

·        Build and maintain relationships with customers.

·        Install equipment on-site.

·        Retrieving equipment from customers and bringing to service headquarters

·        Perform training for customers and employees.

·        Complete mockups in service headquarters.

·        Lead mockup training

·        Complete implementation processes.

Expectations:

·        High School Education

·        Knowledge of the principles of machine construction and technical drawing.

·        Ability to read engineering prints / drawings.

·        Can read electrical technical documentation.

·        Experience as an electrician.

·        Ability to adapt to changing needs of a fast-paced assembly environment.

·        Team player, able to take as well as give directions.

·        Ability to operate heavy duty equipment in a safe manner.

·        Proficient Microsoft Office skills
