Digital Marketing Specialist (Location: Michigan)


BOSTONtec is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team of three. This role is pivotal in driving our digital inbound marketing initiatives, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and content creation. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual capable of navigating the distinct markets and customer needs of both the Case Systems and BOSTONtec brands, ensuring the delivery of engaging and effective marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio in SEO, PPC, and content creation.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and swiftly switch gears between different markets and customer needs.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Proven leadership skills within a team, managing cross-functional projects, or spearheading digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in crafting and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in the Business-to-Business sector.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on marketing efforts and outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with the rest of the marketing team.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an industry-recognized digital marketing certification, and at least 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience

Key Responsibilities:

 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Research and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive SEO research and develop strategies and tactics to increase organic search visibility.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Programs: Design, implement, and manage PPC campaigns to maximize Return-on-investment. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Content Planning: In cooperation with the Marketing Manager and the Marketing team, plan content calendars for blogs, social media, and email campaigns to drive engagement and traffic.

Content Creation: Help produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels in cooperation with the rest of the marketing team, including contributions to graphic design and/or video content.

Customer Journeys & Segmentation: Refine and build-out existing customer segmentation in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Map out customer journeys to enhance the customer experience, engagement, and support sales team efforts.

Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of digital initiatives.
