In this exciting new role, you will join a dedicated team that is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients receive top-notch products of the highest quality.
As our (WeRack) Client Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating strong customer support relationships with our (WeRack) distribution partners and coordinating their service needs with our in-house teams.
Your strong problem-solving skills, ability to listen to client needs, and outstanding organizational abilities will be just as important in this exciting new role as your abilities to learn basics about products used in automated warehouse environments. Our internal teams will support you with their in-depth expertise in design, installation, and post-commissioning services while you build strong customer satisfaction by outstanding customer facing relationships, attentiveness to the planning and organization of sales orders, and great follow up communication.
