Digital Marketing Specialist


Steel King is currently looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist. This outgoing individual would be a strategic member of the Marketing team and would be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring digital marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness and drive lead conversion through organic and paid channels.

Essential Functions:

  • Create, test, deploy and optimize targeted, multi-touch, and engaging demand gen and lead nurture campaigns (including blog, video, graphics, and ad content) across all audiences and channels to drive lead qualification and progression through the sales and dealer pipeline.
  • Develop multi-channel marketing initiatives for organic/paid search, display advertising, email, and social media.
  • Build and manage editorial/content calendar and create social media campaigns.
  • Develop/define standards for measuring content success on all channels.
  • Assist Sales to build customer journeys and workflows and deploy campaigns using Steel King’s CRM.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaigns using Google Analytics and CRM reports.
  • Establish and deliver marketing reporting, dashboards, and analysis on program performance.
  • Track and analyze market trends, opportunities, industry tactics, competitors, and best practices.
  • Monitor and consistently improve lead scoring, flows, lifecycle, scoring, and nurturing.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Steel King’s CRM.
  • Research and stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Use market, customer, and competitive research and analysis to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 1-5 years’ experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • 1-2 years of social media and email marketing experience.
  • Analytical and report building skills.
  • Copywriting, content publishing and graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in basic Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Highly creative yet process-driven and relies on data to make decisions.
  • Experience working with third-party agencies.

  • Problem solving.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage and prioritize projects to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner that can adjust regularly and learn new tools and gain skills quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics experience
  • Click Dimensions experience
  • Experience in WordPress
  •  Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
